It’s part of a chain, so the food quality and service are stable and reliable. The typical German dishes like crispy pork knuckle, schnitzel, and grilled ribs are all solid choices — well-prepared and enjoyable for meat lovers. However, the pork knuckle here is a bit smaller than what I’ve had elsewhere, and the duck was a little bit dry…
If you’re visiting during major events, holidays, or on game days, you should reserve at least one day in advance. Same-day reservations aren’t accepted, so you’ll need to wait for a table or sit outside. In summer, outdoor seating is fine, but during spring, winter, or rainy days, it can get quite cold and the food also cools down quickly.
