Terrible delivery service.. ordered online and waited for more than an hour.. checked online the delivery status showed it’s delivered even though I didn’t receive the food and had to order from another food joint. The delivery service person did not even call on my phone or ring door bell. Tried calling the number given for delivery issue, no one answered the call. Their burgers magically disappears and they expect their customers to pay for this terrible service even if the customers don’t get their...

We got half of the order, it takes years for them to answer the phone when you try to call them. Second time I ordered through Lieferando and what I get depends on what they decided to send. WORST Place you can order. 25,48eur wasted. (I got the equivalent to 10eur, yeah this bad). And if you asked why I did not complain to the delivery guy... He basically threw the food and run, one just simply don't have time to check the order and claim. I am tired of being robbed...
