Weird and unpolite waiter. When ordering we ask if the sauce can be separated he answered “ja ja ja”. No cutlery and no Napkins served. My friend went smoke, no ash tray. He put the cigarette on the ground, the waiter is angry. We only get cutlery box with 4 cutlery and 2 napkins inside and we were 5 people When we shared the chicken wings there is no bone bowls so we put on the table. He saw it and came and said to us dont put it on the table I will bring plate. He immediately bring plate and explain to us “when you finish please put it on the table” we were like why you teach us how to eat bro 😆 My Bos want to pay and come to the waiter. Then the guy come ask each of us do you want to give tip, we said no. He asked why you dont give tips, are you not happy? We said yes and this is our last time eating here 😂 Then He started to talk “oh in Germany you have to give tips”, “And its not polite to put bones on the table, the cigarette on the ground” Oh my God… We just want to eat here and got blamed for...

We decided to try this restaurant because we live nearby it and we actually realized that we've never been there. Very disappointing menu. We are Spanish speakers and we realized that the menu had nothing to do with what you ask for. For instance, I asked for 'Pulpo a la plancha' (octopus on the grill) and they brought me a squid with garlic sauce and jalapeños. Totally different thing. The translation is AWFUL in the menu card. My boyfriend asked for some vegetarian Quesadillas. The vegetables tasted frozen quality. We asked for small drinks, they brought the big size glasses... We were CLEARLY still eating and the waiter asked us two times if we had finished (we felt a little bit rushed) ... I mean, very uncomfortable dinner. From the begging till the end. We go to a lot of restaurants, we get to see and taste a lot of food, in different places. Definitely not coming back...

Vorab: wir gehen hier eigentlich seit 4 Jahren sehr gerne Essen. War immer gutes preiswertes Essen, netter Service und die Lautstärke war zwar etwas höher aber völlig okay für den „Kantina-Style“. Heute waren wir allerdings das letzte mal da. Das ganze Service-Team wird regelmäßig ausgetauscht und entsprechend abwärts geht es hier leider schon seit längerem. Auch die Qualität des Essens war öfter schwankend und es wurde vermehrt falsches gebracht. Heute auch wieder, falsche Beilage, schneller aber unkoordinierter Service von 4 Leute die nicht abgestimmt waren. Essen war völlig okay, Portionen aber kleiner und Service beim Servieren wieder nicht existent. Die Krönung war dann die Dame hinter der Bar die sich (wirklich direkt neben und halb auf der Kaffeemaschine) mal schnell mit dem Pinsel das Gesicht pudert und dann einfach weiter Drinks mischt. Sorry, aber das ist unhygienisch. Nach dem Zahlen hab ich das dann auch dem Kellner mitgeteilt (völlig normal wohlgemerkt „deine Kollegin hat sich da grad hinter der Bar das Gesicht abgepuderte, direkt neben der Kaffeemaschine das is nichtso cool und nicht hygienisch“) dieser meinte dann aber nur „aha und was is daran schlimm?“ „Ehm ja direkt neben der Kaffeemaschine fliegen Puder und Hautschüppchen rum.“ Naja er meinte er richte es aus, hat dann aber, wohlgemerkt direkt in meinem Blickfeld da wir an der Bar saßen, es einem Kollegen erzählt, beide haben dann in meine Richtung geschaut, gelacht, getuschelt wieder geschaut und nochmal schön gelacht. Also das geht echt nicht. Wenn euch etwas unhygienisches mitgeteilt wird, dann nehmt es entweder ernst oder tut wenigstens so bis der Gast weg ist, aber Rückmeldung dann frech erwidern und sich dann über den Gast lustig machen ist keine konstruktive Art damit umzugehen. Sehr schade um das Restaurant, vielleicht wechselt das Personal ja weiter so stetig und irgendwann klappt’s...
