Trattoria Rusticone Gilching — Restaurant in Gilching

I visited this restaurant with 6 friends and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating. The pasta was excellent – perfectly cooked. I had the tagliatelle with carbonara, and it was just as it should be. The meat lasagna also received a lot of praise at our table, especially for its delicious tomato sauce.

We ordered a salad that was served in a large boat-shaped bowl, which was both fun and impressive, and it tasted great too. The pizzas were okay, but not the highlight compared to the pasta and lasagna.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and even the restrooms were clean, which is always a big plus. All in all, a great experience and I would happily recommend this place for...

Amazing pizza in a short service time. Just to be more precise, ingredients are always fresh and tasty, they are evenly distributed on the surface with minimizing the pizza edges. I NEVER saw a bloated pizza dough (air bubble) or a over-burned edge, semolina (German: Hartweizengrieß) on the edges make them very crunchy as well. Standards of the pizza was always good for over a decade that I know this place. I had visited a lot of Italian restaurants in Munich area and even Italy, didn't find the same taste, see same thoroughness...

Hatten online eine Pizza Arrabbiata, sowie Pasta Arrabbiata bestellt und bezahlt. Der Ablauf der Bestellung, sowie der Bezahlung ist einwandfrei und aus unserer Sicht optimal. Abholzeit wurde gut per Mail mitgeteilt. Perfekt. Ich war 2 - 3 Minuten früher im Restaurant und konnte dem Pizzabäcker entsprechend lange bei seiner konzentrierten Arbeit zuschauen, bis ich einen Blick in meine Richtung vernahm. Ich wurde nach meinem Wunsch befragt... Meine Aussage: "Ich habe online folgendes bestellt bla, bla, bla..." Keine weitere Antwort bzw. irgend ein unverständliches Gebrummel. Intensives und konzentriertes Weiterarbeiten an den Pizzen (was partout nicht negativ zu bewerten ist). Nach einer weiteren Minute kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter aus dem Restaurantbereich, der mich freundlich Begrüßte und nach meiner Bestellung befragte. Ich wiederholte meine Bestellung und es wurde mir unsere Bestellung überreicht. Die Pizza wurde in diesen Moment über den Tresen gereicht. Wie auch immer, ich fuhr noch ca. 2 Minuten zu unserem Haus und wir freuten uns auf das bestellte Essen. Leider war die Pizza zwar geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber bereits in einem lauwarmen (mehr Richtung kalten) Zustand und dementsprechend eine Enttäuschung. Ebenso fand ich die muffige Art des Pizzabäckers, kontraproduktiv, auch wenn diese Arbeit mit viel Stress verbunden ist. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir in Zukunft diese Pizzeria weiter empfehlen werden und können...
