Café am Markt — Restaurant in Goslar

We were taken to this restaurant to have the most legendary huge Windbeutel. Ambient, location is good, but two points go for - 1 the whipped cream was the cheapest tasting ready made canned whipped cream that even didn't taste like cream. Would be much cooler if you would offer real cream or at least a better one that would taste like a cream -2 the service wasn't very friendly... I had to look myself for sugar... when I asked for water next to the coffee, I was told they don't give water (when I already take coffee and windbeutel, I think it is normal to offer water next to it). The staff seemed very stressed, answered to me rather rudely and I wouldn't like to...

I have put a 3 star because it was very disappointing to be charged €22,80 for 2 soups (€7,90 each), a glass of tap water and a glass of sparkling water. That meant that we got charged €7 for either the sparkling water (no bottle, just a glass) or €3,50 for each one when tap water should be free. (I have travelled to numerous countries and never been charged for tap water when eating at a restaurant). I didn't make a fuss because I was shouting my lovely German friend and because I couldn't speak German, it meant I would have had to involve her to question the bill which puts a bad taste to our day trip. Am 12.02.2023 Sonntag gegen 15-16 Uhr haben wir zwei Tasse Kaffe und Apfelstrudel bestellt. Leider habe ich in Strudel irgendwas nicht essbares gefunden und zu Kellnerin gesagt. Sie hat mir gar nicht gesagt oder mich gar nicht gefragt, gar nicht entschuldigt, einfach mein Teller in die Küche gebracht. Ich hab neuen Strudel gekriegt, obwohl ich nicht mehr haben wollte. Ich habe nochmal Dings gefunden (ich glaube es war Backpapier). Ich hab mich nochmal beschwert und die Kellner sagt es ist normale Blätterteig. Das ist nicht Normal!! Das kann man gar nicht kauen! Beim Bezahlen hat sie gesagt dass ich den Strudel auch bezahlen sollte. Ich hab gesagt, dass ich nur Kaffee bezahlen wollte. Und sie hat gesagt, sie wird Küchenchefin zu mir bringen. Sie sind wieder zu mir gekommen und gar nicht erzählt einfach nur Kaffee gerechnet. Also denke ich schon, das kann passieren. Aber die Gegenmaße von Mitarbeiter was sehr enttäuscht. 커피두잔과 사과스투르델을 시켰으나 이물질이 나와서 직원에게 이야기함. 아무 사과도 없었고 물어보지도 않고 마음대로 제 접시를 가져가더니 새로 해다 줌. 먹는 중 계속 신경쓰여서 제대로 못먹다가 이물질이 또 나옴. 직원이 다시 접시를 가져갔으나 저는 나가려고 그냥 계산해달라고 함. 계산서에 사과스투르델 가격이 포함되어있길래 결제해야하냐고 물어보니까 그제서야 그 이물질이 이물질이 아니고 그냥 페스츄리라고 함. 씹어지지가 않는데 무슨;; 페스츄리냐고 따졌더니 주방 셰프를 불러다준다고 함. 주방에 갔다오더니 그냥 아무 말도 없이 커피값만 계산하라고 함. 바쁜건 알겠으나 직원의 대응에 매우 실망하고 기분만 나빠진 채로 가게에서 나왔습니다.. 커피도 비싸용 한잔에 4,90유로에요.. 다른데 가는걸 추천드립니다...
