Horrible experience in taking our children here. Tried to apologize for my children's "loudness" only to be berated in front of the entire restaurant by some crazy supervisor that had to get the last word in. She yelled at my kids then tried saying they were lying and so was I. I then tried calling to speak with a manager after I left because I refused to let her talk to me the way she was, but she continously screamed at me over the phone, refusing to give me any information on who she was or who her manager was, only for her ultimately hang up on me 3 different times.
Before hanging up on one phone call, she proceeded to tell me, "They won't believe you. They will believe me so go ahead and try to call my manager. They won't do anything". She was completely unprofessional and has the worst attitude. I guess I would be too if I worked at a dead end fast food job at the age of 40 with no real life goals.
She was correct on one thing, they didn't do a single thing to rectify the situation. I will never be back to this establishment and recommend to stay far away from this place. And this also isn't the first bad attitude I've ran into at this particular place. Says a lot about management. After seeing their rating, I should have lowered my expectations...
Read moreService is okay. Drive thru is super fast but check your bag before you drive off. A few workers are very friendly and the rest are just going through the motions. The food is fast food so it is what it is. The coffee lacks luster. The fries are usually hot. The drinks are a hit or miss. Considering how expensive they are, it would be nice if they filled up the cup! The salads are good provided you get one that the lettuce is not rotting. I stopped ordering them as I kept getting wilted and brown lettuce. The breakfast menu is expensive for what little you get. If you use the app for the discounts then it is worth it. One last thing there is no consistency to how they make the ice cream with your choice of toppings. You're lucky if you get 4 spoonfuls of ice cream. And don't complain about something being wrong or salad being wilted and brown or cold fries, because if you get a particular male manager he takes immediate offense and will not fix it nor refund your money. After an incredibly long day 😮💨, I pulled into this McDonald’s drive-thru completely drained — mentally and emotionally. I was overwhelmed by the menu 😵💫 and barely holding it together. That’s when Christian, one of the employees, stepped in and completely turned things around 🙌
He welcomed me with patience, energy, and a genuine willingness to help 🙏. He walked me through the new items on the menu 🍔🍟🥤, offered personal recommendations ⭐, and never once rushed me. His kindness and professionalism made the whole experience effortless — exactly what I needed in that moment 💛
When I pulled up to the window, he met me with a fist bump 👊 and a grateful smile 😊. It felt like more than just fast food — it felt human.
