I was really disappointed with this order. I ordered spicy general sesame chicken but what I received was just plain fried chicken pieces with sauce poured over them. I also ordered an egg roll but was given spring rolls instead. On top of that, the delivery experience was terrible. The driver called me and was extremely rude, rushing me to come downstairs. He claimed he had been waiting 20 minutes, but I came down within 5. When he handed me the food, he had an attitude and even called me a “dumb ass.” When I grab my food I said I won’t be ordering from here no more he said, “okay good don’t order then”. Horrible place! Buyer Beware!!! The place is dirty, Two dogs in the restaurant presents a health risk to public safety. Not to mention a potential confrontation with a animal! Very unsanitary place. The female host is hostile, her inability to manage languages creates a frustration for customer and I have witnessed her explode on customer and include throwing people out of the restaurant because she lacks the ability to comprehend customer orders! There are also hidden fees that are not listed in the menu. Please stay away from this establishment. There is also a clear impression that she is prejudice...

The only reason this place gets a 3 star, is because the food is REALLY good. I've ordered 3 times, and all three were bad delivery experiences. Over an hour and a half wait for my food, all three times. The first time, it was late, and the entire meal had exploded in the bag, leaking into my room as the delivery driver handed it to me.

the second time, i got a free meal because of the ridiculous time frame/ exploded meal. still took an hour and a half.

I'm on my 3rd time ordering, and its been an hour and a half, and its still not here.
