Tonight was good food and service as always. However, the waiter took upon himself to tip himself and walked off without bringing cash back. I usually pay tips after I get it back. I'd like to be offered the option of paying or not paying a tip, not just assumingly walking off with it? Otherwise, it's not nice etiquette. I am not comfortable with this! Few Euros or more, it doesn't matter ... no Bueno! About their response ( it seems they removed it about their 20 cents..interesting) What 20 cents? Shall i post my receipt? I agree it was not a large big amount , but...it was unethical. While its not a lot , it is not cool to just walk off with it. Do you understand that was rude to act entitled to tips? Even if it was 20 cents. Not cool. Yikes? You do not get to decide for the customers how much to tip you !!! I want to know why do you not bringbthe cash back and lie about 20 cents?
Unfortunately, I do not think I will be back in the future, My family also. Consider your failed to address my complaint. For something so simple. I hope those few Euros to cheat customers...
Read moreGreat bavarian cuisine and very pleasant staff!
We practically stumbled upon this place as we got lost, but decided to give it a try because we were starving. And boy, was it a surprise!
Food: This is a typical bavarian style restaurant, so you would expect a meat-heavy menu, but they have several very good vegetarian options. And the Keiserschmarn we ordered as a desert was just splendid! The portions here are very generous! So, if you are not that hungry think about sharing a meal with your company.
Service: Very pleasant and friendly staff ready to accommodate any wishes you might have. We felt very welcome and next time we come wan't be by mistake but with intention to have ourselves a...

Es steht ois deftig in da Kartn, was definitiv is. De Kombi absolut geil für leid des gern deftig meng is des a Muss.
