I have been here several times for dinner. Great food when you can actually get it. I would give it 5 stars but for the service or lack thereof. This restaurant is in an area just outside the airport with a lot of "airport" hotels. Most do not have "real" restaurants in them, so there are lots of people staying overnight, looking for a place to go out for dinner, and this is the only restaurant in the area (walking distance from all the hotels). It gets full every night for dinner, with people waiting, which is longer when the patio is closed due to weather. I haven't been here yet when they are not having a problem. #1 - They need more waiters. They are completely understaffed every single time. #2 - This has happened on more than one occasion...Cash Only! If you're having problems with your credit card processor, let people know immediately before you seat them. Not after seating them and sometimes serving them or even after their meal to let them know you can only take cash. Pointing 👉 to a small sign in German, when most of the patrons are not from Germany, but from all over the world, and after the fact, just doesn't cut it. At least have the sign located where everyone can easily see it, but maybe having it German and English would even be better. #3 - This has happened to me and many others... Okay, so where's the ATM? If a patron needs to get cash from the 1 ATM in the area, again, pointing 👉 down a road just doesn't cut it. By now, you should know that people will ask you where it is, and you should be able to quickly provide them with the precise location. It's not that difficult. Maybe it's time for them to get a new credit card processor or service provider or an ATM machine in the...

It seemed like a nice enough place, even if one of the employees was a bit odd and simply parroted everything you said and then howled like a wolf instead of actually greeting you. The other server simply yelled rather gruffly. I’ve been to 100s of places in and around Germany over the years and this isn’t normal behavior. Well, maybe Hamburg (just kidding, love you, Hamburg)

The food was…not great. The side of green beans, cauliflower, and potatoes, was served both hot and cold. As in, some of the vegetables were heated and some were not. All were dry. It was as if they had sat out and were quickly (and partially) reheated.

The main was just overcooked (and also dry). The wine was average, but costly for what amounted to a table wine.

The server overcharged (by about 10%) and then insisted on a tip (of about 12%) on top of that. And the service wasn’t outstanding. It wasn’t bad (despite the aforementioned weird behavior), but certainly not worth a 23% tip. Oh and this wasn’t just me, there were a couple of French gentlemen next to me that experienced the same.

This wasn’t just a mistake. It was practiced. Anyway, it’s a pretty neat little racket they have going on since they’re basically the only non-hotel restaurant in the area. It’s usually INSIDE the airport where you are overcharged for below average food. This was the opposite. I’d recommend finding...

This restaurant is absolutely awful. It will be hard to find a worse Italian dining experience in Germany. The restaurant attempts to save money by purchasing frozen pizzas that you may find in the freezer section of a grocery store in bulk quantities. Those pizzas are then reheated in an industrial microwave before serving to guests. In my case, the pizza was not even completely reheated, and remained cold on the inside. The soggy bread and crust and ketchup-based tomato sauce is barely edible and it would be cruel to even feed to animals. Further, the day-old tortellini tasted as though it had been sitting out in a warm room before it was served. The tortellini is mushy enough to feed to a baby and possibly moldy on the inside. Worst of all, the service here is completely inexperienced and inhospitable. The lead waiter, a bald man, is barely qualified to work on a farm, much less to serve paying clients in a restaurant. His purpose seems to make guests as unsatisfied as possible, without offering any assistance or service. To summarise, this restaurant is the worst in Munich and perhaps in all of Germany. It may even be nominated for the greatest disgrace to the Italian kitchen in the entire...

Good choice to eat if you are in the area (there is not much to choose from). We were staying at a hotel nearby called flightgate and the receptionist recommended it. The workers/owners are 100% authentic Italians and as a Spaniard it was nice to interact with them. The service overall is good although the restaurant was full and you could argue at some points it was a bit slow. The food was good. We tried Caesar salad which was great, the penne was also good (a big portion). The vitello tonnato was tasty and well presented. Pizza is also a good option, we tried the one with onion and tuna. The desserts were my favourite, the tiramisu was amazing as well as the creme brulee. The most normal one was the panna cotta but it was still good. We were told that the new owners had taken over about a year ago and sincerely we were grateful to have such a restaurant in an area with not a lot around as it's an area with a lot of offices and companies.

What a hidden gem. I was stuck at the Hampton few hundred yards away. I checked trip advisor and they show this place very close so I decided to walk to it. They were packed full, but the owners told me I can sit at the bar area till 8 pm as they have ppl coming. I have to say the food was more than amazing. It’s very very authentic Italian food. Had the cucumber salad and was perfect. The seafood pasta was amazing. I ended it with a tiramisu after watching one of the best bar tender and server. This guy can make a lot money if works in the usa. I wish any usa restaurant can have a server like him. The guy was a machine. Serving beer, making coffee, desert, taking and serving tables. He shocked me. I would give these guys 10 stars if I can. Must try

First time coming in and we’ll be back! As soon as we came in, we were friendly welcomed; staff was amazing, all the way. Staff speaks Italian, German and English. We took the Beef Carpaccio in appetizer, then the Pizza Capricciosa and Contadina. All was delishhhh 👌 Be Careful of the Spicy Oil; don’t put too much, as it is spicy, but excellent. Then the Proliferoles…. Wow! Everything was good about this place 👌 Italian gem in Germany
