Firstly, the food is not authentic. I ordered a Mandu plate and the Bibimbap. The dumplings were average and the dough was a bit chewy. But the filling was very nice, and I liked that it was served in the bamboo tray.
The Bibimbap was very disappointing, it was served in a regular Ikea bowl. Not in a stone or clay bowl that would keep the heat while you stir the ingredients. So by the time I had satisfactorily mixed everything, the food was cold. Still, I liked the rice and I'm not sure if the noodles are meant to be in the bowl. The toppings were sparse and basic. The kimchi was too sour, but that is just my taste.
They took very long to serve the food and I'm not sure if they are short-staffed. Overall, everything tasted like something I could make at home at a fraction of the price I paid for it.
