Ganz nette Bäckerei. Etwas über-hyped in meinen Augen. Das Schoko-Croissant war nur so la la, da es überzogen ist mit einer Zuckerglasur mit Schokoaromen. Hier hätte ich echte Schokolade erwartet und nicht so ein reines Zuckergemisch. Aber ist natürlich eine günstige Zutat. Ansonsten sind die Brote aber immer ganz gut und lecker. Die Franzbrötchen sind auch okay, aber eben auch nicht überwältigend. Da gibt es in Hamburg wirklich bessere. Man merkt und schmeckt, dass es industrielle Ware ist und weit entfernt von einem richtigen Bäcker. Die meisten Leute die hier der Meinung sind, dass die Qualität super ist, kennen wahrscheinlich gar keinen "richtigen" Bäcker mehr, sondern waren vorher schon nur Aldi und Lidl-Backwaren-Qualität gewöhnt. Gut ist, das man hier mit Karte bezahlen kann. Service war nett und okay.

Fazit: kann man machen, aber nichts besonderes und es gibt definitiv bessere und noch richtige Bäckereien (nicht Industrieware) in Hamburg. Wer ein Schoko- oder Franzbrötchen kaufen möchte, kann auch gleich 1kg Zucker auf ex zu sich nehmen; geschmacklich kein Unterschied, mit dem gleichen Effekt und dazu noch...
