If you're wondering where to go for Indian food, this is the place. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely some of the best I’ve had.
The chickpea curry masala was exceptional. Spiced just right and deeply satisfying. The palak paneer and samosas were equally impressive, fresh, comforting, and clearly made with care.
Everything I tasted had that kind of attention to detail that tells you this isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a kitchen cooking for you. Even the mango lassi had a touch of cardamom that elevated it from a familiar favorite to something surprising and layered. Rich, fragrant, and lingered in the best way.
I asked for “Deutsches spicy” or “white people spicy,” and they absolutely nailed it. Just enough heat to wake up the senses without overpowering the flavor.
Only small note: I could’ve used a little more garlic naan. But the portion sizes were right on, and everything tasted fantastic.
The staff were kind and attentive, even during a busy stretch with a newer person at the register. Everything came out smoothly and with care. You can feel the pride and love in every part of the experience.

We recently visited Dosa World for dinner with high hopes, especially since we had a great experience previously. On our first visit, we tried the chicken gravy with rice and the medu vada with sambhar and chutney, and both were excellent!
However, our recent visit on Friday was underwhelming. We ordered medu vada (served with chutney and sambhar mix), a masala dosa, and a mysore masala dosa. Unfortunately, the medu vada felt a bit raw or soggy, so it was just okay. Both dosas were bland, and the sambhar lacked flavor, which was disappointing.
Two in our group also ordered non-veg dishes: chicken lollipop and chicken biryani. The chicken lollipop was a big letdown—it seemed more like sweet-chili chicken with a cornflour coating rather than the crispy, deep-fried lollipop we expected. The biryani tasted good, but it was served with regular rice, not basmati, and none of the dishes had the spiciness we were hoping for.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. While some dishes stood out on earlier visits, this time, many fell short of...
Read moreWe ordered South Indian buffet from Dosa World for an event. I got few restaurants recommendation, but I couldn't find south Indian meals in their menu. We specifically wanted Payasa and Rasam in the menu. Hence thought of trying with Dosa world. I knew about the restaurant being opened in Harburg, but never visited or wasn’t aware of catering service. It was a spontaneous spark to contact Dosa World as it is a south Indian restaurant.
Menu : Chilli Bajji Chapati+ Veg Kurma Veg Biriyani Moong dal Payasa Rice + Rasam Optional : Buffet heating set
Portions were generous and price was reasonable. Everybody savoured the food and it was not just delicious, it evoked emotions. It is true that traditional food can create lasting memories. You should definitely try incase you are looking for south Indian meals. I should also appreciate the staffs as they were warm and considerate about the request. P.S. Food was spicy and do not forget to ask for less spicy incase you are ordering...
