Familien Backstube — Restaurant in Hamburg

I had a packet of my wife rerouted there by UPS. The lady refused to give me the packet unless I bring the original passport with a letter of legitimation. UPS should stop wasting people's time with such access points.

This is from the email I received from UPS, which the lady refused to accept as a reason, even though I had the slip from the delivery guy.

I went the second day with the passport of my wife to pick the packet. The arrogant lady started complaining about my Google review. She took my passport and wanted to make a copy of it. I strongly objected to it, then she became very rude to me. The entire staff started to be very rude and told me that she can only give me the packet only if I have a signed letter of authorization.
