San Burrito — Restaurant in Hamburg

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! DONT PAY IN ADVANCE! I made an order and waited patiently over an hour to receive it , i then called them and was hung up on multiple times and received with a horrible attitude. She was extremely rude and told me to cancel my order because they can’t do it they could of let me know an 1 hour and half earlier because me and my toddler would have not waited to receive our already paid for food . I proceeded to call 44 times to recieve a refund no awnser . Did not recieve my money back , it’s sad to see how small restaurants have changed and become sloppy in their food , staff and morals … as I used to go here often it’s extremely disappointing . I loved ordering from wolt, and when I went to the restaurant; I was surprised by how bad it was in person. To top it off, it was right after I went to church. Absolutely horrible service and all because I couldn't speak German, they ignored my effort to speak broken Deutsch and I left with my family in tears because they kept stomping their feet and smashing their fist against the table. People around us were laughing and clapping as it happened, and we left extremely humiliated. Their ambience is humiliation.

Neither will I order food from there on wolt, and never will I step foot into this establishment. It should be shut down, in my opinion.

Poor service : I was told they don’t offer Quesadillas on the weekend then I see the man making some on the behind the window and packing them ?? ( it turns out they do sell them but for delivery on Lieferando and for a bigger price ) . But why I was not allowed to buy one at the shop is incomprehensible. My money must not be worth the same I guess .

No taste and overpriced : Quite honestly the most bland tasting Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. Couldn’t taste a spice in the beef ranchera burrito. Overpriced store bought tortilla with beans , rice and unseasoned meat . Save your money and go to the döner shop...
