Positive: nice food nice view of the lake if you’re lucky to get a good table...

Negative: unfriendly and arrogant service, from the Maitre to the bartenders dirty bathroom dependencies, they aren’t kept tidy nor clean during working hours (can’t imagine in the kitchen) some waiters don’t know sorts of Italian coffees or of some spices by name... where do they learn their jobs I keep asking myself? very difficult to reserve a table. I guess it depends on the mood of the worker you get on the phone... If he or she is in a bad mood which probably happens rather often you’ll be “rejected” right away

Fancy-ish lakeside restaurant. The staff kindly endured our presence, although you could see it required self-control. Dining wasn't possible for no reason given. Staying on the patio facing the lake was also not allowed for us, because you can't stay there before 3 PM. We have been once some months ago. We had really bad experience because the employee was not very kind when we asked gently if could we talk in English. My boyfriend is German and talked to her finally. Wasn’t smile, never say thank you or goodbuy!!! So we consindered this moment as a bad day for this girl and we didn’t keep as a bad experience.
