Gaisbock die Dorfalpe — Restaurant in Hörnergruppe (VGem)

I recently visited Gaisbock with my family for a quick bite, hoping to indulge in a satisfying burger. Unfortunately, my experience turned sour faster than you can say "disappointment." As I dug into the supposedly fresh salad accompanying my burger, my teeth collided with an unexpected obstacle—a stone nestled amidst the greens. The result? A broken tooth and a meal abruptly cut short.

Disheartened and in pain, I sought assistance from the staff, only to be met with indifference. No apology was offered, nor was there any effort to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, this incident occurred during Easter time, adding the stress of finding an emergency dentist to an already frustrating ordeal.

The lack of care and professionalism exhibited by the restaurant was truly appalling. It's one thing to encounter an unfortunate mishap, but it's another entirely to be met with such disregard for customer well-being.

Needless to say, my dining experience at Gaisbock left a bitter taste in my mouth—quite literally—and I can't say I'll be rushing back...

Horrible service! Waitresses were walking past our table and going on smoke breaks while all our drinks were empty for over an hour. We were trying to catch their attention and order but get ignored. Once it we finally got someone with some kind of authority to talk to, we were told that it’s closing time and they wouldn’t even serve us an „Absacker“. We had rented an apartment that belongs to the restaurant but they wouldn’t even serve us a drink to take to the room either. Very disappointing! Food was ok, but...

We reserved a table because we saw that the Restaurant offered a couple of plant based dishes. Unfortunately the dish we ordered was not tasty at all, and was clearly labeled to have chanterelles. However we only got Champignon mushrooms and unfortunately there was some dirt in the vegetables. It also took at least 45 minutes to receive the main dish. All in all, quite a disappointing dining experience for a rather high price.
