Tien Le Asia Food — Restaurant in Ingolstadt

The food was at best, average. The service was devoid of politeness.

The waitress there was rude, condescending, and bordering racist.

In the case of my partner, a white German man, the waitress properly set his dish on the table when she served him his food.

But when it was the time for her to serve my food, she handed the dish to me as if it were a piece of paper, which I naturally had to take from her and set myself on the table.

She also asked my partner how his food was after he finished. But in my case? Nope. She took my plate off the table without saying a word and with a frown on her face. Even my partner noticed her behavior towards me.

I do not understand why there was a difference in the level of service provided between me and my partner.

Not coming...

I’ve been to this place multiple times now since moving to Ingolstadt. Quality of the food is good, the price is good, and the service is good. The owner ( I assume ) are Vietnamese, so if you come here thinking it’s owned by people from Hong Kong it’s not the case. They do not speak Chinese here either if that’s what you are looking for. The food is normal priced. Food taste was overall good. The vegetables in the food were from frozen foods. One could feel the temperature difference while chewimg the food, that was the only disappointment. Service is pretty fast and the ambience of the place is okay. For a Bistro it is good! I would still prefer Tien Wok at Viktuellenmarkt...
