Great view, ice coffee was great, service also very good. BUT you shouldn't charge such high prices for the general quality of a good student cantine. My recommendation is to change the chef in the kitchen. Your fish was overfried, dried and almost burned in places. It's not a hamburger, it's fish. Then, the sauce of the pasta tasted like it had just come out of a can from the supermarket. Then, the fish soup had no proper broth, just some sea food boiled together with some tomato flavour and salt. Also, you cannot be a restaurant on the sea and not actually serve fish options for kids (ie fish fingers). Many kids enjoy them, there's plenty of good quality frozen fish fingers that you can stock up in your kitchen. The random music in the background is not necessary, the rounded shape of the restaurant and big glass windows reflect the music and the conversations from the other tables in a weird way. My advice would be to use some discreet plants between some tables if you want to add some class. Otherwise the interior is pretty...
Read moreLocation is perfect but food and service terrible. I was born on Usedom island so I was growing up visiting Heringsdorf very often. The place did not change much over the time, same decor, same looking menu. Many years ago it was okay, but now it just look very out dated. It would be perfectly fine if the food from those menu was tasty and staff who works there would acknowledge that u sat down and waiting for service.
I was waiting around 10-15 min after we sat down outside and I still had to go inside to ask to be served. RIDICULOUS!
I noticed on a door that this place got twice Michelin Star in the past …. So what happened?
PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND I WILL NOT COME BACK THERE MOSTLY BECAUSE OF IT. I can forgive not really tasty desert etc but I can’t forgive this attitude.
The whole point of going to a restaurant is to have an experience, rather than just a meal. Restaurant staff should provide food service with a personal touch which makes the dining out experience appeal to customers!

Read moreCompletely unexpected: what just looks like nothing else than another giant touristic restaurant attraction (which in fact it definitely is by the way...) turns out to be a very worthwhile culinary experience as well. I'm coming from Berlin, a place loaded with exciting restaurants, numbered in hundreds if not thousands. But this one, out here on a place where you would absolutely never expect that, has one of the most savory pizza I've ever had the joy of tasting. Add to that the crew, which is polite and funny despite having to run back and forth to please the massive amounts of customers (on a full day...) and you have the total surprise of nothing other than just another touristic restaurant, but this time a...
