Subway — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

This is quite possibly the worst subway I've ever been to on multiple continents. First, they got my order wrong. When I ordered my sandwich without mayo or sauce, the person who is preparing my sandwich, mumbled something, and then continued to do whatever he was doing. Then I was called to pay even before the sandwich was fully prepared and of course they messed the sandwich up.

When I said that I didn't want mayo on my sandwich. They told me that the register that it was too late and I had to take the sandwich how it was. I told him I was allergic to mayo so they reluctantly remade the sandwich but this time they didn't heat it up so I got a €20 cold Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was horrible.

I also want to add that there are three large pillars in between the customers and the menus that are posted on the back wall and its extremely difficult to see the menu when you're standing in line. It's safe to say that I will never visit this subway again....

I was thoroughly disappointed by my last visit at Subway. When I entered, I had high expectations; it looked very clean and was quite nicely designed. When ordering however, problems arised. First of all, they do not know how to queue people, we were at the back of the line and they asked us from the front what we wanted. It was hard to decide from that distance. When it got to deciding what we wanted in our subs, we said just asked for everything, but the lady forgot the lettuce. On top of that she was aggresively throwing the vegetables at the sub, the onions basically only landed on one side and we only ended up getting three olives in our 30 cm sub. What really disappointed me, was the fact that there was chicken in the pot of cheese, that she put on our spicy vegan (emphasis on vegan!) patty sub. We made sure there wasn't any chicken when we ate it, but that shouldn't have been the case in the first place. Overall, bad quality and null...

The women in the cashier was very rude to me diring my visit today at 15:10. I took the sandwich of the day offer 4euros and when i reached the cashier she told me to pay 7. When i said that I took the sandwich of the day she said it is only thursday (clearly wrong) so I said I'd like to cancel since I cannot pay that much but she said no and said it's not her fault I don't know how to read 1nd that next Time I should ask before ordering and insisted I pay threatening me with using the cameras (clearly illegal by the way since I did not eat the sandwitch). At the end her collegue, clearly more professionnal than here told here that I actually took the sandwitch of the day. Eventhough she apologized I canceled the order because of how rude and unwelcoming her behavior was. Please work on this. Never...
