I recently made a trip to Khel Germany/Strasbourg for the Christmas markets, with my wife and grandchildren. We had been looking forward to the planned trip all year as this was our first time. However, due to the awful terror attack that took place only the night before, crossing between the borders, a total distance of 3KM, took a over 7 hours. When we finally managed to pass over the bridge and find somewhere to eat and park, we decided it was best to travel to our hotel via the tram that night and return for the car the next morning, hoping things would of calmed down by then. However, due to the very nice and customer care attitude of McDonald’s manager Mr Sauer, he took it upon himself to arrange for my car, along with all the grandchildren’s belongings and pushchair, to be removed and towed from the premises. It was not until I returned the next morning, fortunately on my own, I discovered that my car was gone and that I to travel 15KM by bus to retrieve it along with 150 Euro fine. When I questioned the McDonalds Manager as to if he knew the whereabouts of my car, I was shocked and disgusted to see his response was both a mix of humour and lack of concern. Luckily I had not brought my wife and grandchildren with me as the town was swamped with armed military police, which was intimidating enough for myself, never mind...
Read moreI went for lunch on Monday, April 7 at noon. I placed an order on site, I waited more than 20 minutes for my order, at one point my order number disappeared from the screen. So I went to the counter to ask someone where my order was, a person with a headset answered me, but I didn't understand what she was saying because I didn't speak German, I specified that I spoke English, she took my ticket and went back and forth without necessarily understanding what she was doing, I still remained standing, sitting, without knowing where my order was, I went to another person who understood my request and explained to me that the order would arrive soon and that she was preparing the order. Subsequently, the first person who took my ticket actually prepared my takeout order a second time and more quickly than the first. The person got angry because she had made a duplicate order, except that I never asked for my takeout order. She had a very nice attitude towards me even though I never asked for my order to go. As much as my meal was good, my experience was more unpleasant. I want to point out that the other people took good care of me, but the person with the headset was really really unpleasant and I want to...

This is not acceptable behaviour , at least if they had the smallest bit of respect they would of at least asked me if i am Okey but images they just stared at me as if I am...
