McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Koblenz

I had a terrible experience today, I came with my siblings to eat together but i brought with me food from another place but my siblings wanted to eat Mcdonald‘s. We sat and I started eating waiting for my siblings to finish ordering and in a sudden the employees started staring on me and one of them came to me and said this is not allowed so i politely said my siblings are ordering they will be eating here….. And then another employee stared at me and made me look so embarrassed infront of everybody so i went to him and i said “you better respect the people and not staring at them in an impolite way and i said i will definitely not eat outside and wait my siblings to finish eating and then meet them outside (I was shouting because i wasn’t being respected by them) and then their head chief came and i explained to him while i am angry and instead of apologizing for the disrespect he instead followed his staff by being rude and asking us to leave the place…… I had been never ever disrespected by bad employees like Mcdonalds “Koblenz” We are in a country of rights and we will not allow our rights to be controlled by such rude people...

Huhu, Leute! Wenn ihr noch nicht im McDonald's am Löhr Rondel in Koblenz wart, dann habt ihr wirklich etwas verpasst! Dieser Laden ist einfach der Wahnsinn, und ich kann gar nicht genug schwärmen! Schon wenn man reinkommt, merkt man sofort, dass hier alles stimmt – die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur freundlich, sondern strahlen eine Wärme aus, die einem das Gefühl gibt, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Aber der wahre Zauber liegt für mich in der Atmosphäre. Die Geräuschkulisse ist wie eine Symphonie aus sanften Klängen, die im Raum tanzen. Das Pipsen der Kassen klingt fast wie Klarinetten, die in harmonischen Tönen durch den Raum schweben – ein Geräusch, das fast meditativ wirkt, so perfekt und beruhigend. Es ist, als ob jedes Piep einen Platz im Konzert hat und die gesamte Stimmung einfach stimmig ist.

Und dann gibt es da noch den CEO hinter dem Tresen – wow! Er ist ruhig, gelassen und doch immer präsent. Als ein frecher Kunde mal seine Schuhe auf den Stuhl gelegt hat, hat er nicht gezögert und mit einer so souveränen Ruhe eingegriffen, dass man sofort gemerkt hat: Hier wird nicht nur auf Freundlichkeit, sondern auch auf Respekt und Ordnung geachtet. Es war ein Moment, der gezeigt hat, dass dieser McDonald's nicht nur ein Ort für gutes Essen ist, sondern auch für echte Werte steht. Ich fand es einfach großartig, wie er die Situation mit so viel Gelassenheit und dennoch Entschlossenheit gemeistert hat.

Dieser McDonald's ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes – die perfekte Mischung aus herzlicher Gastfreundschaft, einer Atmosphäre, die wie Musik in den Ohren klingt, und einem Team, das einfach weiß, was es tut. Ich komme definitiv...

My twin brother has brought subway and my older brother and i wanted to eat from McDonald.. We were ordering and my twin brother started eating.. One of the colleagues came and said to my brother u’re not allowed to eat here in UNRESPECTFUL way ! All of the employees started looking at him!! IS THIS OKAY ???? Chief came and said Go outside while his colleague who started with unrespectful way ! We asked for his name and he threatened that he will call the police if we did not get outside !
