La Fuente — Restaurant in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

A great dining experience with a few areas for improvement. Booking was easy over the phone, but I’d recommend implementing an online reservation system on the website for added convenience, it would make things even smoother. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone. Despite the wide variety of dishes, service was efficient and we didn’t have to wait long for the first plates to arrive. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors throughout. Service was very friendly and attentive, with the staff making sure we felt well looked after the entire evening. Alcohol free Estrella is also available which I need to mention because many restaurants still fail to serve alcohol free beer option. My favorite dish: The Octopus on potatoes with olive oil. That said, there are a couple of points worth mentioning: The outdoor area unfortunately gives a poor first impression. It looks neglected, and at first glance, it almost seemed like the restaurant was closed. Cleaning it up and making it more inviting would go a long way in attracting more guests. During our visit, there were a few minutes when conversation became impossible due to a very loud noise, likely from the coffee machine. If that’s the source, I’d strongly suggest relocating it or finding a way to reduce the noise level, especially when multiple coffees are being prepared. One of my favorite restaurants in Stuttgart! Tapas is my jam. I can order the same plates every week (literally - every week) and never be disappointed. The paella is amazing! Note you need to order it when you make your reservation. The waitresses are exceptionally friendly and always accommodating. Parking is horrendous, unfortunately, but there is a parking garage nearby (not free). I don't recommend trying to go without a reservation because they are always packed... Especially when it gets colder and the outdoor seating is removed. Their menus are in German and Spanish, but you can also request an English menu. Everyone does speak English, German...

This was my first time ever having Tapas and I was not disappointed, our server was amazing we were not sure what we should order so she picked some of her favorite choices to give us a taste of what they had to offer. Everything that we had was fantastic and I thought for the amount of food we received the price was good (84 EUR for 2 people with drinks and desert).
