Great burgers, but highly aggressive staff. I have been eating here regularly and brought my friends from Berlin (Sunday 12 Sep 2021) , they were not familiar with the very strict face-mask policy and were rudely reminded by the staff to wear masks, they complied. However, as my friend was giving her order to the staff her mask slipped below her nose, she was again aggressively told to cover her face. When she commented on the aggression, the lady behind the counter grabbed her by the neck to force her out of the store. I have never seen anything like this...

Definitely on the list for places to check our in Leizpig whether it’s vegan or not the food is mangifique, the service was great, I tried the soy steak and wow it tasted so good, the chef absolutely nailed this one. The place will get busy depending on the time so you might have to wait or the best option is take out, since this place looks like it focuses on take out mostly, they do have some places to sit and it’s comfortable. They also have water for FREE. The food came in fast and price was affordable as well....

Leider enttäuschend – was ist passiert?
Ich bin heute voller Vorfreude zum Deli gegangen, da ich bisher immer sehr zufrieden war. Bestellt habe ich zweimal den Falafel-Burger und zweimal Chili Cheese Fries zum Mitnehmen. Leider war das heute ein kompletter Reinfall.
Die Burger waren zuhause völlig durchweicht – von der Soße durchnässt, das Patty an einer Seite ungenießbar. Geschmacklich leider ebenfalls kein Highlight. Zudem war auf dem Burger irgendeine gelbe Sauce, und ich konnte diesmal keine Soße auswählen wie sonst.
Die Chili Cheese Fries – früher mein absolutes Lieblingsgericht bei euch – waren kaum wiederzuerkennen. Viel zu viel Soße, alles komplett durchgematscht, kein Geschmack, keine Schärfe. Jalapeños? Fehlanzeige – stattdessen Gurken?! Das war wirklich enttäuschend.
Ich weiß nicht, ob es einen Inhaber- oder Küchenchef-Wechsel gab, aber das Essen ist leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Für die Qualität heute war der Preis einfach viel zu hoch. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und werde nicht wiederkommen.
Bitte nehmt diese Kritik ernst – früher habt ihr großartiges Essen gemacht. Schade!
