I’ve been there three times now. The first time, I really enjoyed the food, but the staff wasn’t very friendly. The second time, we arrived at 6 PM, and even though their hours listed closing at 9 PM, we was told they were already closed, even though there were still people sitting inside. On my third visit today, we arrived at 8 PM and was told they were only offering takeout. The staff was consistently unfriendly. Unfreundliches Personal: Ich kam um 18:30 Uhr ins Restaurant. Ich denke, dass dies keine zu späte Zeit ist, da die Öffnungszeiten bis 21:00 Uhr angegeben sind. Trotzdem war die Haltung des Personals ziemlich unfreundlich und unzufriedenstellend. Es schien, als hätten sie erwartet, dass ich schnell esse und hier rauskomme 🙄 Als ich nach Getränken wie "Zitronensaft oder etwas Ähnliches" fragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass es nur Softdrinks wie Coca-Cola und Fanta gibt. Später stellte ich jedoch fest, dass sie auch Zuckerrohrsaft und Tamarindensaft anbieten :))))

Bevor ich ins Restaurant ging, hatte ich die Speisekarte online angesehen und festgestellt, dass die "Frühlingsrollen" des Hauses sehr beliebt und hoch bewertet wurden, was mich neugierig machte, sie auszuprobieren. Doch als ich danach fragte, bekam ich die überraschende Antwort, dass dieses Gericht nicht verfügbar sei. Ich fragte sogar zweimal nach, weil ich es kaum glauben konnte. Ich hätte es wirklich gerne probiert, aber bei so einem Service fällt es mir schwer, noch einmal zurückzukehren.

Das Restaurant hat jedoch auch positive Seiten: Der Raum ist extrem geräumig, was ideal ist, wenn man in einer großen Gruppe kommt. Die Küche ist weit entfernt vom Essbereich, sodass sich Essensgerüche nicht an der Kleidung festsetzen können.

Ich habe "Bún Chả" probiert – die Reisnudeln wurden vor dem Servieren aufgewärmt, und das gegrillte Fleisch war sehr lecker, was definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Ein Minuspunkt war jedoch, dass die Fischsauce eiskalt...
