The food at the restaurant was delicious, but the overall experience was marred by some unpleasant incidents. We took a seat at a table that was still dirty from the previous guests and hadn’t been cleaned. Then, the manager approached us and said that the waiting visitors were specifically waiting for our table, even though we hadn’t finished our meal. These people hadn’t reserved the table, while we were still in the middle of our conversation and planed to order more.
After talking with the manager, we were moved to a smaller table. We agreed, although the situation was uncomfortable. The people who took over our table apologized for the inconvenience, but the staff seemed to think everything was perfectly fine. Ultimately, we lost the desire to continue our evening at this restaurant. I might return another time to give the place...
Read moreTerribly overhyped hipster place. Although the ingredients on the pizza are genuine, it doesn't really taste very good (tomato sauce is indeed too sugary!). There is not much to say other than: this place stands out against all the other pizzerias in town - hands down. The dough is incredible: thin, airy, light, nicely sized air pockets (makes the dough less like dense bread as in so many other pizzerias).
The toppings are seasonal and mostly local. Watch out for the cherry tomato pizza that might make its return in the second half of the summer!
If you want to avoid having to make a reservation or wait for a while , just come here on an afternoon from...
