The moment I stepped inside, I was transported back in time with its charming and nostalgic ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor and the warm lighting created a truly beautiful atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the food. Oh, the food! It was simply delightful. The crispy schnitzel was a standout dish that had me craving for more. The perfectly breaded and fried cutlet was tender and juicy on the inside, while the outer layer provided a satisfying crunch. It was a true culinary masterpiece.

Not only was the food delicious, but the portions were also generous. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and content. It’s always a joy to find a place that doesn’t skimp on serving sizes.

First-timer to Ludwigsburg (LuBu) and found this Brauerei! Of course, I wanted to ask what the Locals think of this place. Outside / Inside seating. When the sun shines, sit outside and catch up with the locals. Inside one can see the Beer vessels and a nice ambience of a traditional German Beer Hause. Beer is good and one visit is not sufficient ;) Beer could also be taken home in various packings. (2l to 20l I suppose) Good options for vegetarians, Burger or traditional Schwabish (Maultaschen...

Very good food, good atmosphere. Brewery tour can be done by appointment (costs extra), but honestly the food is worth it in and of itself.

3 of our party had the Boar Burger (Wildburger), which was great. Other plates were the Kasespaetzle and the Niere (Kidney platter). All were good, even though I personally don't like Kidneys at all.

Freaking beers were great. If you have a member of the party that doesn't like the bitter of beer, have them try the Radler.
