Street Kitchen Chili — Restaurant in Ludwigshafen am Rhein

Excellent and authentic Thai / Vietnamese food. I have stopped by here on multiple occasions. Very neat and cozy. It is astonishing what they have done with this place considering that it is currently located in an alley street near a building site. Unfortunately they do not accept credit and debit cards. The prices are affordable and it seems that (unlike other restaurants) they care about their clientele, meaning - who is allowed to dine in and who is not: They advertise a selection of "to-go-boxes" (I've tried some of them 'on the go' and I literally mean 'on the go' read on and you'll see why) on the shop front window , they were great, but if you buy latter you literally have to eat those outside you are not allowed to eat in or sit on the benches in front of the restaurant and eat them there (at least that is what the billboard says.) This is, however, on the other hand, a very wise move - considering their shop is not in the safest district of Ludwigshafen and I know this city pretty well because I went to school there.

All in all, a very nice restaurant, but who am I to tell you? Try it out yourself, you are going to like...

Wholesome and healthy food. Quick service and generous portions (my 'usual' is the nudel suppe with rindsfleisch, I'd recommend it). A good place to come alone or with friends.
