Really disappointed how bad this place got over the years I was a customer.
Service was always an issue as you normally wait minimum 15 min for someone to take your order, and another 15 min to receive your drinks! Unreasonably long time to get served. Never have enough servers for the amount of tables they have.
We always went for Sunday brunch. Food tastes okay when you finally get some because the most popular items are constantly empty and they just don't keep up with refilling them.
Broken high chair was given to us which we couldn't use to sit our child and nobody cared to fix it. Why even bother being able to book a table and request a high chair? Other 2 were in use and once again nobody cared to bring us one of them once the other people were done using them.
Best was the end, made a plate of pancakes with some syrup and asked politely if I could have a bit of whipped cream to go on top, got some bs excuse that this is not part of the price and they can't give me any?! You are literally serving huge buffet for 21 euro a person, including high expens items such as salmon, but a bit of whipped cream is two servers explaining to me they can't give me any? What a way to lose customers. Just avoid this place and this horrible service with servers that keep changing...
Read moreI stopped by for lunch and started with the Sweet Potato Lentil Soup, which arrived piping hot and promptly. The soup was rich, velvety, and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the crispy side of baked carrots, parsnip-ginger chips, and oven-fresh herb garlic ciabatta. The contrast of textures—smooth, crunchy, and toasty—made every bite delightful! 🥖🥕
For the main course, I chose the Gyoza Bowl with Vegetables, a vibrant and beautifully plated dish. The baked gyoza dumplings, available with a savory vegetable filling, rested atop fragrant Japanese sushi rice, drizzled with a luscious Thai mango & roasted sesame sauce. The bowl was a symphony of flavors and textures, featuring crisp red cabbage salad, creamy avocado, refreshing cucumber, edamame, earthy beetroot, and tender lamb’s lettuce. The glass noodle crunch and roasted sesame added an extra layer of texture, while the carrot-parsnip-ginger chips, lime-coriander cream, and apple-chili chutney tied everything together with a balance of sweetness, spice, and zest. 🥑🍜
The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable lunchtime dining experience. From the prompt service to the well-curated menu, every detail made for a memorable meal. I’ll...
Read moreA new visit as things can change 🤔 27.12.2024, this time, the mulled wine "Glühwein" was delicious. 🍷😋 Also, we decided to try a Caesar Salad Wrap, including french fries. It was very tasty and reasonably priced. Portion could be slightly larger. A cappuccino to finish off was also good.☕️ Toilet cleanliness & hygiene are much better, a vast improvement. The staff were very friendly & efficient. 😁 It was an enjoyable visit this time. Many thanks, keep it up, we'll pop by again soon. 👌🏼👍🏻
Update due to downgrade😢 Our table reservation wasn't found.😤 6,50€ for a wine schorle in the Pfalz 🤔😭 Toilet hygiene shocking 😱 especially in Covid times.😷 The following night/day, my wife & I had very dodgy stomachs.😰 Finally no reply to an email we sent to them.😡 Original review below⬇️
