!HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! My sister booked for this morning 31st of May 2024. A private room at that place for her wedding. She had the appointment to book the reservation 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE!! We went there today and were given 2 tables for “25” people, we were next to some junk and weren’t even able to stand up from our tables without everyone having to stand up. our reservation was FORGOTTEN!! And they last minute gave up our private room and sat us next to other regular customers. “”WE HAD LIEFERANDO NAPKINS”” they forgot which reservation we were and definitely made us have such a bad time. They made us pay the FULL PRICE they fought against any compensation for the situation and all we ended up getting was 5 MACAROONS and a breakfast voucher for one person that was handed in silence without a single apology, After the high price paid and the bad service and plus the exceptionally disrespectful experience. This people are fully unbelievable. What an unpleasant experience to ruin such a beautiful day that happens once in a lifetime for 2 people. They deserve more...

My family and I were having breakfast on Sunday during our trip to see the Yonex Badminton Germany Open 2022. We were very happy and very satisfied... My kids 4 years , 13 years and my wife were enjoying so much with the breakfast menu... it was so delicious... and everything HALAL When you are coffee lovers this is the place you must to take a cup and enjoy it then I decided a kilo of coffee whole beans... Then, It was surprised me when I had received free a gift cup ceramic with the brand "the Coffee House" from the owner what a generous owner it's truly amazing..... Definitely the score is 10 stars if there is available, the staffs are very friendly... we gonna miss the...

You deserve less stars. I find it VERY UNFAIR that a wedding breakfast for 25 people was reserved with 2 months in advance, their special day where they trusted you to be part of, you guys completely forgot about the reservation and gave us 2 small tables with regular costumers next to us without even letting the bride know, when a private saloon was part of the HUGE price paid. The “apology” if you can call it so? 5 macaroons. You should be embarrassed. It’s a once in a lifetime event for a couple and you completely ruined it. Be responsible and offer at least some part of refund. It’s a shame because the food was...
