👉Edit 2.2023 : while I was in the city and i found no where to pray i asked the owner of shop if i can pray at any corner inside the shop( i saw enough space inside) but directly said ( kein Platz) and his work or partner said the same thing and in disrespectful way said go to a mosque. I know it’s not a mosque but a restaurant but i assume there are Turkish and Muslims and they had space inside the shop for me to pray two minutes but they kicked me unrespectfully out … i just liked to share this experience with customers because i know this means a lot especially for...

I visited this cozy doner shop after reading an article in the paper. They evidently are the oldest doner shop in the town. Their doner wraps are really good and generous. They have a few different sauces. I tried the garlic sauce and it was great. There is no place to sit but counters where you can lay your plate down. I took mine and ate it at a nearby park as the weather was super nice. I can tell they are a very popular shop since the doner was almost gone...

Enttäuschend – wiederholte Fehler trotz klarer Bestellung

Ich habe CityDöner mittlerweile mehrfach eine Chance gegeben, aber leider wurden meine Erwartungen jedes Mal enttäuscht. Der Laden scheint es einfach nicht hinzubekommen, Bestellungen korrekt auszuführen – und das trotz klarer Kommunikation.

Ich bestelle explizit nur eine Fleischsorte, weil ich keine gemischten Varianten möchte. Die Mitarbeiter fragen sogar extra nach, doch am Ende bekomme ich trotzdem immer wieder eine Mischung aus Kalb und Hähnchen. Wenn es ein einmaliger Fehler wäre, könnte man es noch als Missgeschick verbuchen, aber es passiert ständig. Das zeigt mir, dass entweder kein Wert auf Kundenwünsche gelegt wird oder dass das Personal nicht in der Lage ist, einfache Anweisungen umzusetzen – und das, obwohl sie offensichtlich Deutsch verstehen.

Wer darauf hofft, genau das zu bekommen, was er bestellt, wird hier leider enttäuscht. Ich werde mein Geld in Zukunft lieber...
