We were welcomed by the wonderful host as well as the chef. The aperitif was excellent as well as the alcohol free option. The food ! Omg the food outstanding quality, impeccable presentation. The dishes had the best balance I’ve tasted in years. Perfectly seasoned and each element on every dish was there to blend together into a wonderful oral symphony. The service throughout was attentive yet not overbearing. After an 8hour drive from Berlin it was the so refreshing to be taken so well care of. Congratulations to the Chef. So kind and so humble. Absolutely fantastic. Each dish was well balanced without the need of excess salt. The price made it an unbelievable value. It’s nearly impossible to get that quality of food at that price at a Michelin star restaurant. Great ambience and staff.
