Staff was incredibly rude. Fanclub members of the band I was seeing were supposed to get early access so we lined up at what, judging by the signs that had been put up earlier, we thought was the correct entrance. One staff member watched us the ENTIRE time, was very well aware that we had numbers and lined up in order but he did NOT think of telling us that we were at the wrong entrance to begin with. When told that we would've loved to know about which entrance to use beforehand, we were told "you know now" but it was way too late. Biggest problem however was the heat. The venue was quite literally PACKED, there was NO A/C on (or if it was, y'all need a new one cause it did nothing) and people in the first few rows FAINTED not even a third into the show. Absolutely no organisation from staff's side at all, checking tickets and bags unnecessarily held up the line upon entering and staff took away people's water bottles even though there were medical professionals present who adviced to let people keep their water. During the Meet & Greet, fans were grabbed by their shoulders or hips (!!!) and dragged away from the band members before even finishing their sentence. Do you know how intimidating it is for young women to get screamed at and grabbed by the hips by tall, muscly men? The band looked SHOCKED. Staff kept looking at the crowd in a very condescending way too. Way to go ruining a fan experience, I will absolutely not come...

The worst place for the concert. No info about where M&G gonna be, no air conditioners, the people were fainting at the beginning of the concert. Most of the fans had to use fans instead of have fun. I counted at least seven people, who had left the venue after a few songs. The behaviour of venue's staff was scandalise, they were pushing, gave racist comments next to the band members, who were Japanese, all the time during the concert they were observing fans like we were worms. I resigned of saying what I wanted to the band, because I was afraid of being pushed forth by the staff who seemed to despise us. Even the band wrote that it was the hottest venue they were playing ever, that it felt like being in the sauna, no live venue. And they had fans on the stage in contrast to the fans who gathered there. I spent 36 hours in travel and 10 hours in a queue to be treated like a trash by this staff. They should be...

First of all, the air conditioners didn't work, a lot of people fainted because of the heat. That was the worst! All the time you saw security members hold people, who felt bad. Even the band member wrote that he felt like they were having a concert at the sauna, not live venue. Secondly, most of the organisation (the queues, example given) was made by fans. The workers of the venue were rude and acted like they were there because of some kind of punishment. Moreover, there was a meet and greet after the concert. The security member gave no occassion to say at least one sentence to any band member, was just pushing fans forth by their hips, not even shoulders. The concert itself was fantastic however the staff of the venue was horrible, even for people, who paid them for usage...

A versatile complex with different-sized stage areas/venues on site, which are self-contained and allow multiple shows simultaneously, or the accomodation of bands with smaller followings or large international groups with large draws. Outdoor Biergarten allows outdoor viewing of broadcast Football matches, which is great for National Team matches, Champions League, or others. This is a joint that gives back to the hardcore music community, through the annual Free & Easy Festival - a series of shows over at least a week, which are, as the name implies- Free! This brings in a huge variety of bands and allows small or local acts exposure, but also pleases with big names and touring mainstays of the scene. Grab a Bier and check it out. The Backstage won't disappoint!

It's an on and off experience. In general I like the venue - it's spacious with a beer garden outside and has some rough look to it. Rather leftist posters and slogans. Inside there's multiple "levels" so more people can get a look at the stage - at the same time it's not *that* huge, so even in the back it feels quite intimate compared to other venues. Downside during summer (and in general when it's really packed) is that there's no air conditioning. It gets hot like in a sauna. Might add to an unforgettable moshpit experience if that's what you're looking for though. The queue to the coat check is sometimes enormous and takes forever ;/

Great place to catch your favorite bands when they are in town. There is plenty of street parking during the week, but on the weekends you will need to use the parking lots in the area. Easy entrance signs to guide you to the event you are attending. There are three different venues, so get there with enough time to navigate to the right spot if you want to catch the first band. Two small food stalls there are open before gigs start. The clothing section is great for storing your coat in the winter for €3. Drinks are awesome and reasonable served by friendly bartenders!
