Food is ok and it is a bit overpriced BUT I would still give 5 stars for the following reasons. This is a special place where people with special needs are trained to be in the workforce so clients should lower their expectations and not be demanding when they go there. Yes, the service can be messy, orders can be forgotten but knowing the particularity of some people of the staff, we should be graceful and be patient. When it is no longer lunch rush hour, the place is actually very pleasant to be as it is spacious and full of natural light. Also since it is no longer crowded the (main) waitress is more relaxed and is very friendly. But if you get there at the 12 pm lunch rush, it is super crowded, the main waitress is stressed out and can behave unfriendly but if she is on her own, it isn't easy on her. Today I had a quiet late lunch . This is a place for business lunch, nothing 'charming' and it is located in a business hub of companies Neu Balan. As the neighbourhood doesn't have interesting cafes and restaurants, this is a nice place that has a good purpose where you can get some food and leave your home...

I had the pumpkin pasta here and it was delicious! The service is great and this place trains and hires special needs individuals which is such a brilliant initiative! Kudos! Please make your vegan options better. I ate lunch here often and can't remember a time I wasn't disappointed and hungry afterwards.
