Cloud One Bar München-Parkstadt Schwabing — Restaurant in Munich

The service is horrible. My friend and I wanted to go to the bar, so I called to ask if we needed a room. The last time we visited, they didn't let us stay without one, even though no one at reception mentioned it. When I called this time, the lady assured me that we didn't need a room and said we didn't need to reserve a table either; we could just come and find a place.

However, when we arrived and tried to sit down, the lady told us we couldn't. I explained that I had called a few hours earlier and was told we could sit without a room. She interrupted me repeatedly, speaking in a monotone and rude manner. She claimed the "capacity" was too high, even though the bar was completely empty inside and there were places available on the terrace. This is the second time this has happened....

I called to make a reservation as I had my parents with me and told me on the phone that I can come as there is no reservation needed and no problem,

When I reached the place the waiter told us that outdoor area only for hotel residents and indoor I can stay only for one hour not more, which not convenient and not appropriate to tell a guest that they have to leave.

Another thing happened when i was talking with the waiter another waiter talked in deutsche with him behind my back and he didn't reply to her as he knew that I can understand deutsche.

List of actions in less than 10 mins which is totally inappropriate, they need an urgent training for service providing and human...

The rooftop bar is great, I really like the view, especially when it's dark. I also would consider the prices of the drinks super fair for this location. Now to the problem: Last time I got there, I went up to the bar, got my drink, and everything was fine. This time, I wanted to show my girlfriend the place, went there, and got rudely rejected because it's only for hotel guests. We went there on a sunday evening at 18:00 - the bar was super empty. Also, no information about this is written anywhere online. This is not how to treat your guests, especially because the bar is outside of the city, so it takes at least 20-30 minutes...
