I have been to this restaurants many times now and still really enjoy the great quality of the food. I usually order those big summer rolls with either duck or shrimps that you can prepare (roll) by yourself. Also I fell in love with their tartar as a starter. All in all, their variety of food and drinks is excellent and beyond the usual standard menu. You definitely have to make a reservation as it's always very crowded (which actually speaks for itself). Yet, contrary to what someone else mentioned, they in fact make you aware of the 2h time-slots while you fill in the reservation, which is why this criticism is incomprehensible. They ask you to call them in order to arrange an open-end table. Also someone said he waited 40 minutes for the food and drinks. That never happened to me and I've been there at least 20 times. Food and drinks always came very promptly. Sometimes even too fast for my personal feeling. Now, the ONLY downside for me is the staff. They are all very nice and friendly. However, it makes me and my guests always extremely uncomfortable when they ask for our orders or further requests almost EVERY second. We get the menu and 5 seconds later they approach us and ask for our orders. Sorry guys, but people need their time to make up their choice! Then, while we are eating they permanently ask us whether everything's fine. It's very attentive to question our satisfaction, but the frequency and the way of sneaking behind our backs is a bit creepy, makes us feel uncomfortable and also interrupts our conversations. So just for future notice: I'd wish that the staff stays friendly and attentive but in a rather re-active,...

We are a group of 7 adults from Singapore and Malaysia, went to the restaurant because of the high review in Google and started to order at 2.20pm. Understand the restaurant was closing soon at 3pm, we were ordering fast. However, we were not familiar with the German menu and we wanted to clarify some of the dishes. One of the asian male staff - Mr. Zhang was attended to us saying " I couldnt explain much to you if you dont understand (in the meantime he took the menu from my hand), you better dont order. I dont have time to explain and we wanted to go off." This was the original sentence said by Mr. Zhang with his impatient 'black' face and impolite tone. We all were so shocked. This was our very FIRST experience of being driven away by a staff. How ridiculous of the service was! If the restaurant is not planning to take anymore order or client, please inform when the client FIRST step in. At the end, we left with extremely unpleasant experience and we very disappointed with the service provided by Mr.Zhang. I hope the restaurant management can take serious discipline action on such a rude and terrible employee.

Stumbled across this Asian Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Munich and I have to start off by saying "God bless the hands that made those Mai Tai cocktails". If I do go back, it's definitely for this. I ordered the calamari starter which surprisingly came with super hot Sriracha sauce that definitely cleared my nostrils😂. The Mai Tai came to the rescue here, had to order 2 if them 😰 For main, I went with the crispy duck served with white rice. Now, this is the reason why I stick to my trusty chicken because no matter how it is cooked, I will still enjoy it at the bare minimum. Duck is a bit different and I wasn't too excited with the texture of the meat HOWEVER, the sauce was amazing!!!!! Customer service was just okay, they were quite busy to be honest. Not all the staff members could speak English so a lot of sign language communication required lol. Decor in the restaurant is decent, definitely setting the mood for a nice date with the...

Really nice location! -The place had a really nice look, really welcoming, definitely have to book a place as it gets really full. -The food was really yummy and had such a fresh look! The service was really nice and quick, the food ha an exceptional taste and the portions were perfect. In my opinion the price was okay as well, it matched the quality of the food. -They have a nice range of desserts as well which are served really quick and presented in a beautiful way, really fell in love with it. -They have as well really nice drinks!! Definitely would recommend it! About the pictures, we had the rolls you can make your self which was really fun and interesting as you get a much closer feel and appreciation to what you eat, of course you can get them premaid as well. For dessert we had crème brulé with cooked and backed banana, it really impressed me how good it tasted!

We had a wonderful time on New Years Eve. This was the perfect occasion to try out this modern take on Thai-Vietnamese cuisine. It started with Edamame with Chili dressing which was very nice. Then for starters we got some spicy beef Wantan, which were fabulous. Nevertheless, the main dishes were the stars of the show, my partner had the grilled salmon with shallots and green asparagus. I had the marinated monkfish which is pricey (28,90€), yet every penny worth it. It was served on a clay pot with noodles, salad and two sauces (chili tamarind and sweet sour). Definitely recommend this dish! For desserts we had the banana variation, which was a nice way to finish the meal. Wine menu is good. Had a very nice Riesling to match the food. Lovely place, nice decoration, service was very good, this is definitely not for every day but worth the visit.
