da Ugo — Restaurant in Munich

Very unprofessional and rude personal except from the girl. we happen to be over 7 years their neighbours,so sometimes we eat there when we don't go to the center but we never felt welcome there although we are always very friendly and leave big tips.Today though I had enough of them.I've asked to pay with my card(As I always do) so the man with the grey hair got suddenly angry and talk to himself in Italian. Unfortunately for him I do understand Italian. When he asked my kid if he wanted a lollipop because of his strong accent my son didn't understand at first.The he said in a very ironic and angry tone to my boy"kannst du sprechen?"My kid's native language IS German. And he is still 6 years old..'I have noticed and also all my Italian friends that they are very friendly only with well dressed German clients but when it comes to others,even their own Countrymen,they don't bother trying to be kind.The quality of the food is Ok , nothing special really,as the real Italian food tastes much better than this.There are better Italian restaurants with good service.Never again!!!This place has nothing to do with the Italian hospitality as I know it from all my Italian...

The pizza was GREAT! Really tasty and affordable, but beware of the drink prices. My husband mentioned that tap water was on the menu for 1,70€. I didn’t double check, I just happily ordered it not knowing it was only for 0.2 liters. A liter of tap water in Germany costs about 0,2 cents. When my tiny glass for 1,70€ arrived, I was almost furious. That’s 8,50€ for a liter of tap water which costs only 0,2 cents. That’s ZERO POINT TWO CENTS and they charge 8,50€! I refused the glass. I told the waiter it is naturally my fault for not checking the menu myself and seeing that it was only 0.2 liters, but I refuse to be robbed. They have expensive bottled water for 5€ for 0.75 liters. That’s a total of 6.67€ per liter, but they charge even more for TAP WATER! Such a Frechheit! I would not recommend this Italian restaurant. If you ask for a big pizza and an extra plate, you will be charged 3€!!! Some personal is impolite, one man from the staff is even quite rude. Pizza served a bit cold, in the same time a Coca Cola was surved unchilled. The taste if the pizza was far away from what one can expect from an Italian restaurant. You have to wait too long for the waiter, then you have to wait also long in order to pay the bill. At least serving the food was fast enough. The typical Italian hospitality has nothing to do with this "italian" restaurant. Extremely disappointed. Would never...
