Dionysos Obermenzing — Restaurant in Munich

Food is nothing special, nothing compared to other Greek restaurants. Portions are pretty small and the owner is very unfriendly even rude to kids. If you have kids or baby don’t go there. Don’t waste your money.

Ich habe das Essen nach Hause bestellt und es ist leider nicht gekommen. Als ich bei Dionysos angerufen habe (das erste Mal als die App "geliefert" angezeigt hat etwa 75 Minuten nach der Bestellung und das zweite Mal etwa eine halbe Stunde später) waren zuerst ein Mann und dann eine Frau sehr unfreundlich am Telefon. Sie "können ja gar nichts machen, abgeholt wurde das Essen und ich müsse bei Lieferando selber schauen." Obwohl das Essen bereits bezahlt wurde, baten sie keinerlei Hilfe an bei einer Stornierung (der Chat beim Tracking macht ein ewiger Loop und es gibt keine Hotlinenummer). Praktisch haben die Mitarbeiter bei Dionysos mir die Schuld dafür gegeben, dass das bereits bezahlte Essen nach fast 2 Stunden nicht angekommen...
