NOT for NOT GERMAN! I had an unpleasant experience here. The service was really bad. the place was mroe or less empty, but waitress take long time to serve the drinks and taking more than 10 mins between drinks we order in the same time.

But the worst experience was when I asked for the bill. She give me a bill including TIP 5€. I asked for an explanation of the bill and she told me the tip is included automatically by the software. I explain I live in Germany for years, I have been more times in this place.then I know that is not true. She insist the tip in Germany is mandatory and included in the bill and she told: "This is Germany, this is not your Country: Spain or Italy... and here you must to pay the tip". After this comment the discussion was too hard with really bad manners.

Then we asked for the manager. A second waitress was to the table and told she was the manager. We didn't believe that and we asked again for the manager. After long discussion the second waitress told, that we don't need the pay the tip because: (other lie) in Germany the tip is included always in the bill and the customer can pay only if customer wishes. As we know that was not true we insisted in talk with the manager, but they insisted she was the manager.

Finally we take the option of pay and leave of that place. We said a formal ¨Bye and have nice day" and the first waitress told. "Yes, I will have nice day because you leave from here". Then the discussion with bad manners started again. But this time we left because we already paid.

When we were close to the exit door the real manager call to us and he apologize for what happened. He recognized that was wrong.

In any case, as the lies several times: with the tip, fake manager... and the comments of the waitress... "This is Germany, not your country" or "I will have nice day because you are leaving"... I only can recommend don't go to this place
