McDonald's — Restaurant in Munich

I don't know where to start to express my dissatisfaction. Primarily due to the chaos in the restaurant and at the cash desk, I ordered through the app and used points for some things, after the payment went through and the money was taken from the bank account, the app crash and did not provide my pick-up number. The experience at the cash desk was an even bigger disaster. After I ordered everything again and paid for the second time I picked up the food and after eating half of the Vegan TS burger I realize that my sandwich was actually made with a real meat burger. When I check on the bill I saw that they charged me a normal hamburger with meat (I’m vegetarian). I waited to make a complain but there was chaos so I just left. And when I waited in front of the cash desk everyone can see that restaurant staff, if they pass near container with fries, they take a piece of fries and they eat with their bare hands. 10:20 Uhr: Ankunft und Überraschung es wird scheinbar umgebaut 👍🏼 Verkauf geht über ein Fenster und für die Gäste ist ein Zelt mit ausreichend Biertischgarnituren aufgestellt 👍🏼 10:21 Uhr: Vor mir sind zwei junge Frauen und zwei Herren. Ein Herr bestellt gerade, eine junge Frau ist ständig mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt und die zweite redet mit einer anderen Angestellten, die in den Verkaufsraum gekommen ist. 🤔 Dazwischen wird der zweite wartende Herr mit dem Rest seiner Bestellung bedient. Der erste Herr bekommbekommt seine Bestellung. Die mit dem Handy beschäftigte junge Frau wird nach einem Zusatzwunsch gefragt, reagiert aber leider nicht weil zu vertieft mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Erst auf lautes ansprechen kam eine patzige Reaktion der Kundin. Die zweite Dame sprach mit der zweiten Angestellten in einer mir unbekannten Sprache und bekam eine sichtlich eiskalte Dose Red Bull ausgehändigt. Nach dem die erste Dame dann endlich weg war komme ich endlich mal dran um zu bestellen.....☺ 10:30 Uhr: Kunde (K): "Gute Morgen, ich hätte gerne ein Frühstück. Einen großen Kaffee, eine Portion Rührei mit Bacon." Mitarbeiterin (MA): "Wolle Sie haben auch McToast? K: "Sehr gerne" MA (etwas monoton): "Mit Käse, mit Schinke, mit Bacon? Mit Käse und Schinke oder mit Käse und Bacon?" K: "Bitte mit Käse und Schinken" MA: "Gerne" "Darf noch was sein?" K: "Zwei McMuffin mit Ei und Schinken bitte" "Bis wieviel Uhr ist die Frühstückszeit?"

MA: "Die Rührei, Toast und Kaffee kann ich machen, kein Problem aber McMuffin nur bis 10:30 Uhr" K schaut auf die Uhr (10:31 Uhr): "Habe ich das richtig verstanden? Ich bekomme um 10:31 Uhr das ganze andere aus meiner Bestellung nur nicht die beiden McMuffin?" MA☺: "Ja genau, McMuffin nur bis 10:30 Uhr" K😨: "Na dann wünsche ich Ihnen noch einen schönen Tag....."

Lieber Chef von dieser Filiale, ich weiß das sie durch meine paar Kröten nicht reich werden und dich fähiges Personal leisten können aber das was mir heute den ganzen Tag verdorben hat..... Ich liebe es.... auch nicht mehr dort mein Geld liegen zu lassen.

Pretty good McDonald's, overall. Food usually good. Service in general fine, but they making small mistakes quite often (wrong sauces, missing order details).

Not a big deal, because this place is almost always crowded and people working hard. Missing items are always given upon request.

Coffee is fine, sweets also good. Especially cheesecake - liked it.

One thing was constant and very disappointing - Fanta tasted like a sparkling water, barely with any syrup. Since my last review it was fixed.

However, recently noticed that the tables are often not cleaned well with pieces of food on them.

Otherwise still a firm 4 stars.
