Zum neuen Hut — Restaurant in Munich

We went there as a kind of a crowded group (2 tables). The waitress treated us awful when taking our orders, as if she didn’t want us there. We were just sitting there, watching a match on a silent TV and they didn’t even come to ask for our second orders.

At this point I have to mention that we are an obviously non-German group, which was made more obvious with the match we were watching. During the halftime, they played the “Ausländer Raus“ song, which was no way unintentional.

If you don’t want foreign customers, that’s fine. You can rest assured, we won’t be coming...

I ordered falafel teller, kebab teller and chicken wings in the evening of 1 July at around 22:00 via Uber Eats. All of the dishes were of horrible quality, no fresh. The meat was dry, it seemed like the last portion and left over meats were used, the meat did not have any juice and was really dry. I also ordered kitchen utensils. I did not find any utensils nor any napkin, which I would assume is a standard thing. We had to eat with our HANDS late night! Maybe the food served on the spot is different, but I had my WORST ever food delivered....

Absolut respektlose Behandlung! Nicht zu empfehlen! Zunächst wird ein minimal beschädigter Geldschein nicht angenommen. Als ich den angestellten daraufhin mit einem marklosen schein entgegnen kam ging es erst so richtig los. Ich hatte aus gesundheitlichen Gründen explizit ohne Tomaten bestellt, als ich gesehen habe, dass in den für mich vorgesehenen Döner welche enthalten waren wurde dies nicht ernst genommen.

Selbst als ich sagte, dass ich eine Allergie gegen Tomaten habe und wenn ich diese zu mir nehme mein Rachen und Hals zu schwillt wurde nur mit folgenden Sätzen reagiert:

„Ich solle etwas mehr Respekt zeigen“

Und

„Ich habe dir nur Tomaten in den Döner gepackt, keine Bombe“

Dieser laden ist alleine durch den Umgang mit den Kunden absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
