Espresso Perfetto Neuss — Restaurant in Neuss

The facts: I sat inside. When I realized the music was very irritating and distracting me from my reading, I wanted to pay and leave. I went to the counter and was told to wait at my table. I waited. A long time. Then I went to the counter again. Again, I was told that someone would come to me. So I went back to my place and waited. A long time. I considered just walking away. Finally, I saw the girl who brought me my brownie and coffee. She was looking out of the window at the outdoor tables. Got her attention and finally, I was able to pay.

The analysis: The poor girls and young guy working there all looked overworked. I don’t blame them. But I was pissed off. As I paid and left a 18% tip to the waitress, I told her I would never come here again. The cause of the long delay? There’s no system of tracking who want’s to pay. It’s a system failure and lack of training. This is just my benign guess. There was no sign that my skin colour played any role in the treatment I got. It is likely just lack of training. Is it just this location or is the whole Espress Perfetto like this? I have no interest of finding out. I prefer independent and boutique cafes anyway. Today I made an exception, because my favorite cafe in Neuss is not open on Sunday.

Das Espresso Perfetto in Neuss hat ausgesprochen charmante Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen wie draußen.Zu zweit draußen sitzend bei Sonnenschein unter Sonnenschirmen.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen.Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.Ich hatte zwei Kaffeespezialitäten,welche sehr delikat und liebevoll angerichtet worden waren.Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient.Die Toilette ist sauber. Man kann mit EC-Karte bezahlen. Bargeldzahlung möglich. Toiletten vorhanden. Rollstuhlgerechter Eingang ebenerdig Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und leckeres Erlebnis am Neusser Markt.Schöne Aussicht mit Blick auf den Brunnen am Neusser Markt.Sehr empfehlenswert.Komme gerne wieder aus Mönchengladbach um so einen leckeren Zimtcino erneut...

Überraschung, nach langer Zeit waren wir mal wieder in Neuss auf dem Marktplatz, das Kaffee hatte sofort unsere Aufmerksamkeit aufgrund der tollen Aussenmöbel. Also schnell mal einen Espresso und Latte testen und rein. Von innen schlägt einem ein leckerer Kaffeeduft entgegen, es ist super gemütlich , nicht vollgestopft, eingerichtet. Bei der Bestellung noch schnell die Kuchen , Torten und sonstige Leckereien studiert und bei der Karameltorte hängen geblieben. Ein doppelter Espresso dazu und nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde alles serviert. Service super nett und freundlich. Kaffee und Torte spitze.... Also wir kommen gerne wieder hier stimmt einfach...
