Bis heute alles gut gewesen, wenn Reklamationen aufgetreten, wurden diese auch ersetzt. Deshalb auch weiter dort bestellt, weil das Essen lecker ist. Jedoch heute Bestellung aufgegeben (u.a. Roma Teller, Tzatziki und Salat extra verpacken, ohne Champignons). Leider war das Tzatziki nicht extra verpackt und ist somit in die Sauce vom Schnitzel gelaufen, was das Essen erstens kalt und für jemanden, der Tzatziki nicht mag, ungenießbar gemacht hat. Außerdem wurden Haare in einem anderen Gericht gefunden, und das nicht nur eins! Am Telefon wurde einem mitgeteilt, dass es einem Leid tun würde, man jedoch keine kleinen Schalen für das Tzatziki gehabt hätte, man das Essen deswegen jetzt aber nicht neu machen würde. Wir waren übers Pfingstwochenende in Norddeich und da wir in unserer Pension nur Frühstück hatten, haben wir abends hier bestellt. Mein Freund eine Pizza und ich Pizzabrötchen. Die Lieferzeit dauerte über 1 Std. Aber dafür hat sich der Lieferant entschuldigt und das hätten wir noch verkraftet. Aber das Essen war eine reinste Katastrophe 😒😔🤔 Die Pizza war kalt und hat richtig eklig geschmeckt. Einfach nur fettig und der Käse war hart. Meine Pizzabrötchen waren das Schlimmste was ich je gegessen habe. Trockene Brötchen, mit separaten Feta Stückchen. Der bestellte Aioli Dip war flüssiges Fett mit Knobloch.
