Accommodated two nichts in the hotel, and had two dinners in the restaurant. Ordered green salad, spaghetti Parmesan with white truffle, from the menu was 8€/gram, and the owner offered €7/gram. Before serving the truffle, the owner let me sniffle to ensure the freshness, and also weighed it in front of me before putting on the spaghetti. And also greetings from the kitchen, a daily soups is for free, but definitely high quality. Everything was perfect and in 2nd evening, I replicated everything, and made it yesterday once more😁

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bardolino in Nuremberg, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly transports you to Italy. The menu is authentic, filled with classic Italian dishes that are prepared with remarkable care and attention to detail. I highly recommend the pasta dishes—they were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

One of the highlights of our evening was the exceptional service from our waitress, Pascal. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Pascal took the time to explain each dish and wine with enthusiasm and provided excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His warmth and professionalism added so much to our evening, making it feel truly special.

It was a beautiful stay. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and I cannot compliment them enough for how accommodating they were! I missed breakfast twice and they knew this. They gave me such care and understanding by offering me a coffee and, some pastry after breakfast hours. When needing guidance they took extra care and attention to detail to direct me in the right direction, to find a reasonable store for my broken case.
