One of the highlights of our evening was the exceptional service from our waitress, Pascal. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Pascal took the time to explain each dish and wine with enthusiasm and provided excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a beautiful stay. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip and I cannot compliment them enough for how accommodating they were! I missed breakfast twice and they knew this. They gave me such care and understanding by offering me a coffee and, some pastry after breakfast hours. When needing guidance they took extra care and attention to detail to direct me in the right direction, to find a reasonable store for my broken case.

Accommodated two nichts in the hotel, and had two dinners in the restaurant. Ordered green salad, spaghetti Parmesan with white truffle, from the menu was 8€/gram, and the owner offered €7/gram. Before serving the truffle, the owner let me sniffle to ensure the freshness, and also weighed it in front of me before putting on the spaghetti.
