Very very good food 👌 Happened to stumble upon his newly opened restaurant and very pleasantly surprised by the food. The vegetarian starters, especially the vegetable salad was fantastic. Main course too, was really good. Not to forget the friendly and kind service. A great addition to Johannis and to Nürnberg Asian /Chinese (yes, Ramen is Chinese) food options 😀

Upon arriving, the service was excellent—friendly staff explained the dishes in detail and were very welcoming. The traditional food was outstanding, with great flavor and generous portions. They even offered guidance on how to combine and enjoy the meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Haben dieses Restaurant sponti über Google Maps entdeckt und dachten wir sollten es mal ausprobieren. Beste Entscheidung ngl. Der Service ist super nett, das Ambiente richtig einladend und das Essen? Einfach nur lecker. Wir hatten beide Rinderbrühen probiert, einmal klassisch und einmal das geschmorte Rind. Beide Suppen waren super reich an Geschmack aber dennoch total authentisch und schmeckten einfach wie eine hausgemachte Suppe. Maximal comforting. Dazu hatten wir noch einen Hähnchen und einen Tintenfisch Spieß. Beide waren super lecker, weich und einfach gut gewürzt aber auch gleichzeitig knusprig gegrillt. Einfach unnormal lecker. Als letztes hatten wir noch die Jiaozi mit Hähnchen. Perfektion, wie alles andere. Super happy, dass wir das probiert haben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! ❤️

Food was good, but I was disappointed in the noodles, which I thought would be the main attraction. I chose the broad variety and they were not how I know them from China. Some were so thin they fell apart and they got pretty soggy in the broth. There were definitely not as chewy and fun as I had hoped (I tried many different kinds of hand pulled noodles in China).

The vegetarian starters however were absolutely amazing. The spice mix they used for the grilled bread should be classified as a drug!

The staff was very friendly but also a bit disorganized. But that will hopefully get better when they are more experienced.

All in all definitely recommend, but I hope they refine some of the...

Great addition to the neighborhood! The hand-pulled noodles are terrific with great chew and bounce. I especially enjoyed the sesame noodles, adding lots of chili oil, vinegar, scallions and coriander. Cash-only for now but we were able to pay via PayPal in a pinch.

(I will say, the name 'Ramenmoment' is a little confusing because they don't serve ramen nor is this a Japanese restaurant; they serve Chinese-style noodle dishes. I'll be back...
