So I do want to start off by saying that the food was delicious and it came out quickly. My one-star review is for their service. So, we had called yesterday to see if we could get a booking for the same day. They were fully booked, fair. We called backed and asked for the next day, they had our time available. Their was obvious a language barrier (we do not speak German, which is on us) but it seemed clear she got us down, as she took the name and repeated it back. Day of, we arrive and they don’t have our booking. The host/server pretended like we had never even called. We showed them the actual calls. Both calls were almost a minute long, indicating we had clearly spoke to someone. Fine, mistakes happen not a big deal. They offered the most terrible option they had, we asked for something a tad more comfy. They told us we could sit at a normal table for one hour. Great, we are quick eaters we can make do with that. Ordering was a struggle as everything was in German with no translation. Again, not a problem and we used Google Translate to the best of our ability. Not on the server for the language barrier. Food is delicious comes out quick. But we never see our server again. The place is busy, so again fair. He finally comes over, so we finally try to order dessert. He tells we can’t as our time is up. We are a bit dumbfounded. We know we had an hour, but we attempted several times to catch him. We explain we will eat it quickly. Nope, not an option. At this point we are both slightly annoyed. Not much we can do though, so fine. We come to pay, and they only take German cards. Not credit cards. Mind you we are in town for one of the largest international fairs in the world, and we’ve not experienced not being able to use our credit card anywhere. If we had known when calling or on their website we would have made sure to have enough cash. We have some cash, but not enough. The server is just looking at us like we are now the bother and have done something wrong. We literally are scrounging through our bags to attempt to pay the bill. Luckily we have enough change to pay. I get things happen, mistakes happen. I am a vegetarian and ordered a soup. There was no English menu available, so I used the Google Translate app, which did not indicate that the soup contained any meat. The menu was unclear and did not specify whether the dishes were vegetarian. I informed the waiter that I wanted the vegetarian soup, but when I received it, it contained three strange dumplings that seemed to have meat or seafood. I told her I was a vegetarian and that the food looked unusual, but she became angry and rude. Her first response was, 'Even if you don’t like it or eat it, you have to pay for it.' She did not apologize or suggest changing the dish to a vegetarian option.

My other dish was a salad, which, to be honest, was quite average for the price—very cold and lacking dressing. My friend requested to speak with the manager, but the waiter became even ruder and claimed that the manager was not available, so we could not do anything. In the end, I told her I would not pay for the soup. She was very angry and called the manager on the phone. After a long wait, she reluctantly agreed that we would not have to pay for the soup, but her attitude was very arrogant, careless, and rude. The food was very terrible we ordered Kurkuma rice with chicken, taste was horrible the chicken was super old and smelly not edible at all, the waiter was arrogant and rude arguing it’s the taste of kurukuma which no idiot would believe, aslo he himself said he has raised a complaint and there was no proof of it,he was arrogant refused to replace and insisted to do take away which is absurd, we were charged just for a piece of meat and returned them which had foul smell,the summer roll with lemon grass dint had any flavour absolute waste of money. The price is super high for the quality and the taste of food, service is another disaster, only good thing is the ambience which makes no sense when you serve disastrous food, not anytime again and not worthy to visit.
