Café 9. Yuli is an absolute gem in Paderborn! Hands down, they serve the best coffee in Ostwestfalen. The barista and owner is a true master, creating stunning latte art on cappuccinos, flat whites, and even hot chocolate. Each cup is a work of art! The homemade cakes, like the pistachio cheesecake and carrot cake, are simply divine and pair perfectly with their drinks. The cozy vibe and friendly service make this place a must-visit....

I recently visited this café, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the quality of the coffee. The taste was quite harsh and lacked the smoothness and richness I usually look for in a good cup of coffee. It seemed overly bitter and earthy, which leads me to believe it might be made with a high amount of Robusta beans. I hope the café considers improving their coffee bean selection or offering more variety to suit different...
