The Food was an absolute disappointment.

Almost comparative to the frozen food section of a supermarket if not worse. Very dissapointing. I had a burrito which was drenched in sause/ketchup and cheese, the rice was dry and dreadful. My girlfriend had hardshell tacos which were already soggy by the time we got them. Everything was drenched with an unnecessary amount of cheese. I'm positive, instead of melting the cheese in an oven, the plates were stuck into a microwave causing the burrito to dry up and lump into something akin to a dry piece of cardboard around the folds. Felt almost ill and stuffed after our half eaten meals. Never eating there again.

The ambience and the atmosphere as always were nice. Drinks have always been reasonably priced. The waiting staff is nice and polite. It's a good place to catch up and have some drinks with friends but Please...

Was für ein Laden! Echt unglaublich. Ich In Paderborn aufgewachsen und war bis Freitag nur einmal im Sommer im Havana. Das war for 7 Jahren. Und ich werde nie wieder hingehen.

Ich hatte angerufen um ein Tisch zu reservieren, würde gefragt welche Uhr Zeit und ohne nach meinem Namen zu fragen würde aufgelegt.

Waren pünktlich um 19.30 da und wurden zu einem Tisch geschickt der irgendwie im Weg stand, grade gemütlich war es nicht.

Irgendwann kam die Bedienung mit der Speisekarte. Müssten dann noch mal Ewigkeiten warten auf eine englische Karte. Ich kann deutsch mein Mann aber nicht.

Um 20 Uhr kämmen endlich unsere Getränke. Das sex on the Beach war echt lecker. Mein zweiter Cocktail (müsste eine Bedingung rufen),keine Ahnung was das war, sollte eigentlich Cinderella sein, wars nicht. War auch total wiederlich.

Vorspeise war ok, man kann Chips ja nicht Falsch machen.

Das Essen ist ok, habe meins nicht aufgegessen da es teilweise Hard war und nicht essbar.

Wie waren genau 2 Stunden da.

Nicht einmal hat uns jemand gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat, ob wir noch was trinken wollen, oder warum wir nicht aufgegessen haben. Unsere Hauptgericht würde uns gebracht 10 Minuten nach der Vorspeise, nix würde abgeräumt. Und besteckt etc würde uns auch nicht gebracht. Mein Mann hatte es Steak, ihn würde ein Butter Messer gebracht!

Wir hatten genau 1 Bier und 2 Cocktails eins davon würde nicht getrunken.

Die Musik war viel zu laut.

Wir haben beide in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und geleitet und das word service kennt das Havana in Paderborn nicht!

Wir haben grade mal 45€ ausgeben. Hätte die Bedienung Lust und auch das Training und hätten uns mal gefragt ob wir was trinken wollen hätte Havana viel mehr Geld von uns rausholen können! Und der Laden war ja echt nicht voll!

Sind hat ins Barcelona und haben weiter Cocktails getrunken.

Leider wird diese Bewertung und andere diesen Laden nicht Retten oder allgemein was geändert. Wenn das Ego zu groß ist wie bei diesem Besitzer dann ist ey alle Hoffnung verloren.

Bin ja mal gespannt wann der zu macht. Es haben viel bessere Läden in Paderborn zu gemacht und die...

The food was decent enough and the cocktails were pretty good but was put off going back by the sheer rudeness of the staff. One waiter in particular was incredibly rude to us for no good reason. Not what I expect from serving staff in any establishment. They do not take card payment and demand you pay in cash but do not tell you this until you get your bill so this resulted in me having to leave my ID and having to go on a 20 minute walk to a cash point.
