The prices are completely outrageous for what you actually get. You pay less for a good burger in Regensburg, with fries included. Fries here are outrageous too, making it over 20€ for a burger and fries for one person. The quality of the burgers are inconsistent- one time you go and the burgers taste amazing, and the next time you get the same exact burger as before, and it tastes horrible because they don’t have one set standard and follow through every single time. Which, for the price you pay, that is unacceptable. The Michelle Ma Belle and the Wild Honey Pie burgers, specifically, are not consistent with flavor or the amount of ingredients you receive on them. The sweet to savory ratio (the jam or chutney distribution is often times scant to balance with the harshness of the Camembert and/or goat cheese- leaving you with just the cheese flavor, which tastes really bad when it overpowers every single other ingredient and the sweet chutney or jam that is supposed to be there to balance them) is completely off at least half of the time. We have frequented this establishment for over 4 years, but the prices and the quality (flavor) of what you order make it an easy pass for us these days. No doubt the presence of the military community nearby is the reason for the exorbitant prices here. They used to have nice music playing as well, but as of the last few months when we were there, the music is no longer on at all, taking away from the pleasant atmosphere that used to be...

This is the first time I ordered food from this place. I can't speak for the whole food here but will give you my take-on about the food. I ordered REGINA pizza (ham and mushroom), chicken wings, and Krautsalat (Coleslaw). They did not give me salad as it says on the menu that chicken wings WITH SALAD. Chicken wings are just so so. Some chicken wings are humongous, and the meat wasn't well cooked (saw a bit of reddish meat inside). They are somewhat dry and a bit of overcooked. The coleslaw was too sour and not fresh. I prefer coleslaw at KFC. Chef, please try some coleslaw at KFC and try to catch up with it. The pizza has a bland taste, nothing special. On top of it, hams are too big. I expected to have a pizza with the sliced ham in small pieces. It wasn't terrible, but I feel that it wasn't worth money. I paid 19 euros for everything I ordered. Their hamburger might be a better choice, but the pizza, chicken wings, and coleslaw are not good enough to come back again or take your significant other...

We went here for dinner, we were surprised by the rather nice and modern interior, the staff was pleasant however only asked about our meal once it was taken away. My husband had a steak dish and I had a beef pasta. My husband took maybe a bite of his steak and set it aside. It was unseasoned and had the flavor of sour butter. My beef dish was not terrible but came with one singular slice of carrot, it was underwhelming for the price. The drinks where okay but where very sweet for a cocktail. Overall we ate maybe a quarter of what we ordered and the only thing worth it was the side of French fries.
