I stopped here after my car broke. Its a cute family owned restaurant. Food was good (i am spoiled, as i have spent lots of time in india) i had a veggi Thali. One of the curries was quite salty. Otherwise it was nice. The salad dressing was storebought french dressing.. The waiting time is a bit longer (there is only one cook and one service), the music is radio charts, the decoration is overflowing with Christmas figurines. The chef coming out personally to check on the guests was nice.

On our way back to Berlin from Munich, we accidentally found this place. But its all worth a detour into small town Pegnitz. Anil Sharmaji was a wonderful host and chef. Great food, cosy ambience. Must visit!

Sehr gute u große Auswahl an indischer und internationaler Küche ( ital., deutsch, ... ) . Beliefert auch über Lieferanto die Pegnitzer , dadurch etwas längere Wartezeit möglich aber vertretbar. Dafür gibt es exzellente Küche, gute Portionen mit sehr guter Preis-Leistung. Der Koch erinnert an den "Erleuchteten" , was den ganzen Besuch noch abrundet. ☺️ Kommen noch mal wieder, auch ohne Pass !

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Deutschland. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Mintu Bhai (Chef) is master in his cooking skills. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in...
