We came here by chance and what a find…we are so glad we stopped. Me and my husband both had a glass of wine and both of our choices were exquisite. I loved my blanc de noir wine from the Pfalz. We both had a salad to start and the salad sauce was out of this world! My husband had the coq au vin and he said it was the best he has ever had! Can you imagine a better compliment!? Very disappointing. Impersonal waitoring and in general distateful food. We had anti pasta which was either too salty too sour or depprived of taste. Main courses were rindsteak with tasteless veages and salted potatoes and a salad drenched in sweet balsamico leaving the lettuce gasping for life. Only thing with its own original taste and consistency was the parsley on top. Everything killed. Also they left us waiting with empty glasses. Is it really so difficult not to ruin the raw food? Die Brasserie ist im Guide Michelin vertreten - und das offensichtlich regelmäßig (Michelin Schilder an der Tür). Man denkt erst: Oh Gott, was kostet der Spaß. Und ich sage: einen fairen Preis. Pizza Parma um 14 Euro, Tagliatelle mit Lachs und Riesengarnelen für 16 Euro. Steak mit zwei Beilagen für 24 Euro. Absolut top. Von gehobenen Preisen kann - meine Meinung - keine Rede sein (es sei denn, man nimmt den Imbiss um die Ecke als Maßstab). Die Preise sind aus meiner Sicht fair. In Hamburg kostet der Spaß in “normalen“ Restaurants mindestens das Gleiche und schmeckt leider häufig wesentlich schlechter. Die Pizza war dünn, knusprig und einfach lecker. Nudeln mit knackigen Garnelen und der Lachs schön saftig. Für unsere Kids gab’s gewünschte Extras...kinderfreundlich!
